Our training programs are designed to enrich your relationship with your dog. We offer group classes, private lessons, and behavior consultations as well as daycare training, dog boot camp and board and train services. While we focus on developing good manners and basic obedience, we also offer training in activities such as hunting, agility, therapy, and more.

Misty Pines offers private behavior solving consultations to help you deal with your aggressive dog. If you are having problems with your dog and need expert analysis and direction, please call for details. We can help you decide which service is appropriate and through our knowledge of dog psychology, we will be able to correct the problem behavior.

During this Behavior Consultation with you and your dog, we will analyze and define your dog’s behavior problems. We can help you with dog-to-dog aggression, dog-to-human aggression, separation anxiety, fearfulness, and much more. We are experts in understanding canine communication and we will help you find solutions to modify and solve the problem behaviors. Please call to schedule an appointment. 

To start the counseling process, a Dog Behavior Consultation Form will be given to the client for information for facts of the dog’s life, if known. Next the different facets of the dog’s health, personality and indigenous breed characteristics will be discussed which will serve as the cornerstone for your understanding of the problems. Testing and analyzing will reveal the true facts, then after careful evaluation we will discuss a plan for positive action for the conditioning and training for more desirable behaviors. We will help you build the mutual respect and relationship of your dog and you, the master, which in time will lessen and eventually extinguish the unwanted behaviors.
